The Terms of Service govern all purchases and interactions made through our website, vipigeons.com. By purchasing a pigeon or using our services, you legally agree to the terms set forth below.

Agreement

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Service, which form the agreement between you and Pigeon Paradigm.

No Guarantee

We make no guarantees in connection with fertility, breeding or racing success. Future health, genetics and performance are influenced by environmental and care conditions beyond our control.

Health and Biosecurity

All pigeons are believed to be in good health at the time of sale. Buyers are strongly advised to quarantine newly acquired birds in accordance with proper animal disease prevention protocols. Once a bird departs our facility or a client’s custody, we accept no liability for illness, injury or death.

Payment Terms

Full payment is due within 24 hours of purchase confirmation. Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal. Failure to pay within the period may result in cancellation of the sale and re-listing of the pigeon without further notice.

Transportation

Transportation is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We may assist by recommending reputable couriers but all costs, arrangements and risks are entirely by the buyer. Ownership transfers to the buyer upon purchase online. Pigeon Paradigm are not liable for delays, injuries, loss or fatalities that may occur during transit.

Cancellations and Refunds

Once order has been made, cancellations or refunds will not be permitted. Exceptions may be granted solely at our discretion and must be confirmed in writing by Pigeon Paradigm.

Limitation of Liability

Pigeon Paradigm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the pigeon.

Compliance with Laws

By purchasing a pigeon the buyer confirms they are legally permitted to import pigeons under the laws of their country or region; Will ensure all necessary import permits, health certifications and compliance procedures are met at their own expense.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cape Town, South Africa.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. All changes become effective upon publication on this website. Buyers are responsible for reviewing these terms before each purchase.
